Audience trust is at the core of everything I do. This policy exists to clearly set expectations, protect that trust, and ensure every collaboration delivers value—for my viewers, for brands, and for my work.
Core Values & Authenticity

- Partnering with brands allows me to invest in better equipment and higher-quality production.
- My opinions are always 100% my own and are never influenced by payment or products.

Sponsored Content & Product Reviews
- I collaborate only with products or services I have personally tested, used, or fully evaluated.
- All sponsored content, gifted products, or paid partnerships are clearly disclosed.
- YouTube’s “Includes Paid Promotion” notice is enabled where applicable.
- Reviews remain balanced, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses.
Please note: Not all gifted or loaned products will receive a full YouTube video or social media coverage. Due to production workload, paid partnerships are prioritised within my content schedule.
Paid vs Gifted Collaborations
- Paid sponsorships: Financial compensation in exchange for agreed deliverables.
- Gifted / barter products: No payment is involved and there is no guarantee of coverage, publishing timeframe, or final content format. Gifted projects may take longer to complete, and paid collaborations or existing projects are always prioritised.
Creative Control & Editorial Independence
- I produce, film, edit, and publish all content myself.
- Brands may request one round of factual or visual corrections only.
- Final editorial decisions always remain with Checo Media Blue.
Media Rights, Licensing & Usage
- Checo Media Blue retains full ownership of all produced content unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Brands may share published content organically with clear credit and a direct link.
- Any paid usage, advertising, boosting, whitelisting, or repurposing requires a separate licensing agreement.
- 30-day, 6-month, and 12-month licensing options are available upon request.
Audience Engagement & Ethics
- I do not buy followers, views, likes, or comments—engagement is fully organic.
- I never guarantee views or performance; deliverables only.
- Any suspicious engagement activity may result in content removal with no refund.
Scheduling & Lead Times
- A minimum of 14 days from product receipt is required for content creation.
- Publishing schedules are managed independently unless contractually agreed.
Diversity & Inclusion
- I actively support diverse campaigns and advocate for inclusive representation.
